Unofficially known as the Centennial Olympics, this event is believed to have been instrumental in positively transforming the city of Atlanta. World famous boxer, Muhammad Ali, lit the Olympic torch during the opening ceremony, his shaking hand held the Olympic torch high – a touching and memorable moment of these games. We also hold in remembrance all those affected by the bombings that occurred during these games.
