Tatiana Studio
Tatiana studio is called a studio as it has its own kitchen and shower and toilet but they are separated from the room by a five meters long corridor. The advantage is that you do not have any smell from cooking in the main room but you have to walk in the corridor common to both N1 and Tatiana studio if you have not rented the 3 bedrooms.
Tatiana is quite a large space, around 38 m2 as the room has a mezzanine . a large bed 160 x 200 is on the mezzanine that you access with small stairs.
A sofa bed from Finland with a real mattress 1.40 x200 is under the mezzanine so you can lodge 3 persons very confortably in that space and do not forget that you also have a balcony but I do not suggest you to sleep there.
A table for 4 permits you to have meals and read your guide while enjoying the view and listening quietly to Chopin and if you are lucky in winter to look at the snow falling you will feel very close to heaven.

As part of our project with artists we can put you in contact with painters and visit the art gallery on the basement floor situated in our building.
We would be happy to organize for you a memorable evening at the Marinsky nearby or the concert hall.
We can also invite a quatuor in your living room to play Mozart, Vivaldi and Tchaikovsky. The room has very good acoustics and prices are reasonable.
Singers from the Marinsky and other opera house and pianists can also play in our apartment.
All concert are done in the N1 but with your agreement we can invite the tourists from the other apartments and Russian friends who speaks French or English so you learn more about the Russian culture and share the cost.

We can fit up to 20 persons in Tatiana room where the piano is located.
We can also cook for you a delicious dinner so you can enjoy Russian or Ukrainian meals, prices are also very reasonable as we take no commission on either musicians, artists, cooks and taxis.
As part of our concern for the environment we will donate 10 euros for each person staying in our flats to an official organisation in Vancouver Canada to offset the Co2 that you created from your flight Europe- St Petersburg. North America- Russia is around 30 euros by European Co2 emission standart.

The communist system has left our building in very poor condition so part of your money is also used to renovate staircases, water pipes and now the roof.
I use my talent of organiser to help renovation with older persons who cannot financially fix their rooms.

You may buy our delicious jams made from berries collected by grand mothers called Babouchka trying to reach both ends that I buy each summer so they can improve day to day life. Please bring empty jars.
Also if you have any clothes for children that you do not need and in good condition we will bring them to orphanages. In each apartment there is a box for you to put your last coins before you leave for the airport.
At the airport you can pay with euros or with a card so do not carry coins back home, the plane will be more heavy and this is bad for the environment and we need them here.
